Steven Grimes is an engineering, supply chain and operations executive with more than 15 years of experience turning complex business challenges into executable solutions.

His career has spanned Fortune 10, private equity-backed, privately held and high-growth organizations across e-commerce, distribution, manufacturing and food production. He has led engineering, infrastructure, facility development, automation, maintenance and operational transformation initiatives, with responsibility for capital programs exceeding $100 million annually.

Steven's experience extends from the executive suite to the operating floor. He has built and led technical organizations, developed and launched new facilities, implemented automation and operating technologies, improved underperforming operations, and led complex facility transitions. That experience has shaped a leadership approach centered on connecting strategy, engineering and operations—and remaining accountable through execution.

Steven founded GIE Advisory Group to bring that experience directly to organizations facing consequential periods of growth, change or operational complexity. Rather than stopping at recommendations, GIE is built to help clients define the path forward and execute it.
